The world is counting days for android M ! Developers may have the preview version already but google has not confirmed the release date for everyone yet.
Though all are gossiping and shouting about android M, it's feature, Do we know what "M" really stands for ? To conclude all those controversy google has posted a teaser photo on twitter. Therefore, the name choices are down to three:
These are just three of the possible desserts Google could be serving us. More possible names were presented: Mocha, Madeleine, Macadamia Brittle, Marshmallow, Macaroon, Muffin, Meringue, M&M, Marzipan, Mousse, Maple Syrup, Molten Chocolate Cake, Mango Lassi, or Milk Duds. (Try saying Android + dessert and see if it sounds good.)
So actually what this "M" stands for still remained unclear and we have to wait till September. As google gave a hint that the mainstream version will hit the market within that time.
