HTC CEO, MR. Cher Wang announced that they are going to launch a new smartphone in October. They've been saying the phone name will be "Aero" for over last few months. Hence, today's leaked images giving us a overall idea about the design of the phone.
Firstly, its quite disappointing that, the phone is quite similar to the iPhone 6, albeit the overall design seems a evolution of HTC One M9 which was launched last year.
Secondly, some are saying the phone will come to the market it the code name "HTC A9" with 2.5D curved glass and an all-metal design. There will be two possible color variants: Tyrant Gold and Dark Grey.
Finally, in terms of specification there are some quite good improvements. There will be MediaTek's deca-core Helio X20 SoC, a 5.2-inch QHD display, 4GB RAM and a 3,500mAh battery. We havn't got any camera specification yet.
HTC did not give any clue whether Aero will be their next flagship or not, but as they are going to launch it in this October we are waiting for more details and twists in coming weeks.
