Previously, Google partnered with twitter to bring tweets into Google search in a mobile platform. Now, the relationship is going well and Google announced:
"We've extended this to the desktop now too, and in English everywhere"
It is actually good for twitter. This is because if someone needs any information, They search google, if they see the tweets related to his search and want to join the conversation they will sign up. Thus, twitter will get more subscriptions.
We can search anything from google, and twitter helps us to know what people are thinking about those things. So, it is a great step for Google joining the twitter with their search platform. Therefore, a rumor is flying around that Google is acquiring twitter.
