An Italian court realesed an order to restrain all operations of Uber across the country. Moreover they(Uber) also can not do any kind of advertisement or run any campaign as stated in the court order.
Due to continues complaints from local taxi services, court upholds by saying that "uber is not respecting the transportation law. And the competition between Uber and taxi services is unfair ". Whereas Uber's view is The current transportation law in Italy is outdated and user has no benefit of it.
Court has given Uber 10 days to terminate its activities,However the still can continue to operate their service but it will cost €10,000 per day (€3.65 million per year). Also users can take Uber ride during this ten days.
Uber says "They are shocked by court's decision and will appeal".
